Dream of life, far, far away
Where the lotus is, always in bloom,
While chaos waits, In the other room?
The ruckus of children fighting loudly,
clouding your zen, quite profoundly
Your credit bills, quickly mounting
as you gaze at your mondalla,
backwards counting.
Wouldn't it be nice;
To check out - to check in...
Ahh ... La La land,
And it's tightly gripping hand.
The paradise - you never want to leave!
See there,
It's not so impossible to conceive.
In Actuality, Spirituality
isn't just about unreality.
It Isn't
Partial Practicality,
or about being
Mr. Congeniality.
It's real, ya know
Not just found in Meditation,
(Or Medication)
It certainly isn't a Vacation,
escape of your real world
temptation.
The Light shines boundless, through, and through
But only, when we ARE and WE DO.
The actuality of spirituality
Is that it's actually spiritual
To be emerged in the chaos
Transforming darkness into Light,
That's ultimately the ultimate pay off.
Let's not run,
Away from each other,
It's the ACTIONS that count,
Towards neighbor and brother.
